Work-life balance is not a myth left to your fantasy as Crewcut operator Marnu has recently found out. Having joined for just six months, he has already learned a few things on the job in regards to work and personal matters.

As it turns out, overworking isn’t necessary to make a decent living. Marnu shares on the biggest thing he has learned since joining Crewcut, “I don’t have to work 80 hours a week to make my fortune.”

Prompted by family and his desire to spend more time with them particularly his dad, Marnu left his job working at a busy construction company. For his free time, he likes staying at home and bonding with the kids. But when it’s crunch time, you’ll find him out in the field—working his Husqvarna and Stihl tools, with a great attention to detail and a sharp focus on his goal to be the biggest Crewcut franchise.

A vision as big as that needs an extra hand or two, which he gratefully gets from his parents. “My father helps out with mowing and day-to-day work while my mother does all books for me,” he narrates.

One thing Marnu wants to give as a piece of advice to newcomers: You won’t regret it.
