Roney officially joined Crewcut in January 2026, bringing valuable hands-on experience from his previous role in the kiwifruit industry. Wanting to take control of his future and build something of his own, he saw Crewcut as the perfect opportunity, with solid support, proven systems, and the freedom to grow a business on his own terms.

Roney offers the full range of Crewcut services, from lawn mowing to garden care, always with a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction. He takes pride in dealing with customers respectfully and professionally, making sure every visit leaves a great impression.

Outside of work, Roney enjoys spending his downtime sailing. He's passionate about expanding his business and learning as he grows. Since joining Crewcut, he's embraced every new experience that comes with running a business, picking up valuable knowledge along the way.
