Harpreet is a dedicated Crewcut Franchisee offering lawn mowing, weed eating, hedge trimming, and gardening services across Papamoa, Maungatapu, Ohauiti and Welcome Bay. With a strong focus on quality and attention to detail, Harpreet takes pride in helping customers maintain tidy, healthy, and beautiful outdoor spaces. 

Before joining Crewcut in October 2024, Harpreet worked at the Port of Tauranga. Seeking a more active lifestyle and flexible working hours, he transitioned into lawn care. Crewcut stood out for its strong brand, proven systems, and support network, making it the ideal choice for launching his own local lawn mowing business. 

Harpreet’s friend assists with larger lawn mowing jobs, helping deliver reliable, prompt service throughout the Bay of Plenty region. With his goal of growing his customer base to over 80 clients in the next year, Harpreet is focused on building a business that thrives on consistency, great service, and long-term customer relationships. He believes that attention to detail and excellent communication are what set him apart. 

Outside of work, Harpreet enjoys spending quality time with his family. His biggest lesson since joining Crewcut? “Customer service is king.” His advice to newcomers: stay consistent, and focus on the power of compound growth, every job done well build a strong business.
