 Felix joined Crewcut in May 2025 after a career in risk management, looking to embrace a more active lifestyle and to manage his own schedule and take control of his career, he found the perfect fit with Crewcut’s structured, supportive franchise model. 

Felix takes on every job with professionalism and precision. Though he’s currently running the business also, his long-term vision is clear: he plans to grow his customer base, maximise his territory, and eventually expand into two or three more areas while building a small team. 

Felix’s greatest strengths in the business are his attention to detail, strong planning and budgeting skills, and his commitment to customer care. Outside of work, he enjoys walks, anime, exploring Aotearoa and the occasional overseas adventure. 

Since joining Crewcut, one key lesson Felix has embraced is that you don’t have to do it all on your own, support is always available. His advice is to trust the process and contribute to improving it for everyone.
