With a background in business management and administration, Ravinder knows how to run a professional operation. But her true passion has always been in the outdoors, especially gardening and lawn care. That passion, combined with a desire for an active lifestyle, led her to join Crewcut in May 2025. 

Ravinder provides excellent lawn mowing and gardening services. While she handles the admin and customer communications, she works alongside a skilled friend who helps with the fieldwork, ensuring a smooth, efficient service every time. 

Ravinder’s goal is to grow her customer base to 80+ within the next two years, continuing to exceed client expectations and delivering consistent, high-standard results. She believes her strengths lie in her approachable nature, attention to detail, and ability to truly understand and meet customer needs. 

When she’s not working, you’ll find Ravinder enjoying quality time with friends and family. Her biggest takeaway since joining Crewcut? “If you want it, you can achieve it.” And to anyone new to the business, she offers simple but powerful advice: have confidence.
