Frank is geared up with everything he needs with Shindaiwa and Victa tools. But before he picked up these tools he had a successful career overseas working in business development for high-end fashion companies.

When he moved to New Zealand he looked for the chance to become his own boss; Crewcut stood out to him as a group that cared for their operators and helps them grow their business effectively. Frank’s next target for his business is to hit 180 recurring clients.

After the long days behind the mower, Frank’s number one focus is to relax and wind down. It’s important to get a proper recharge before going out again for another full day of lawn mowing, hedge trimming and gardening. The skills he brings from his previous career allows him to focus on the marketing and development of his business. His biggest obstacle when starting his business was learning how to mow. Once he mastered that, he found that each customer needs individual special treatment. With different styles, personalities and houses, no customer is the same.
